Contributions and Payments
Bodhya does not sell goods or charge for access to this site. Any payment accepted through bodhya.net is a voluntary contribution toward our community programmes.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
- You confirm that you are using a payment instrument you are legally entitled to use, and that the funds are from a lawful source.
- Contributions are made in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Contributions are generally non-refundable. Duplicate, incorrect, and unauthorised transactions are refundable on the terms and timelines in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- A contribution does not create any service obligation, entitlement, membership, or guarantee of any outcome, and does not make you a partner, employee, or agent of Bodhya.
- Bodhya is not a registered charitable trust or Section 8 company. Contributions are not eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, and we do not issue 80G receipts.
- We may decline or return any contribution at our discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bodhya makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but makes no guarantees as to the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Bodhya is not responsible for any damages to your device or data resulting from your use of this site.
