This page explains how to delete the data kept by the Bodhya Learn Android app (package net.bodhya.learn).

There is nothing to request from us. The app has no accounts and sends us no data about you, so we hold nothing to delete. Everything the app keeps is on your phone, and you can erase it yourself.
If you used an account in an earlier version of the app or in the browser version at learn.bodhya.net/play, email [email protected] and we will delete your data.
1. Erase progress from the phone
In the app, open ☰ → My progress → Start fresh and confirm. This erases all stars, gems, completed lessons and tests on the phone straight away. It needs no internet and no help from us.
You can also clear the app's storage in the phone's settings (Settings → Apps → Bodhya Learn → Storage → Clear data), or uninstall the app.
2. Remove the Android backup copy
Android phones can back up app data to the Google account set up on the phone. If backup is on, a copy of the app's progress may be kept there and come back when the app is installed again.
This backup belongs to your own Google account and is controlled by it, not by us. We cannot see it or delete it for you. To remove it:
- use Start fresh in the app before uninstalling, so the next backup holds the emptied progress; or
- delete the backup from your Google account (in the Google Drive app, under Backups); or
- turn off backup in the phone's settings.

हिन्दी में — Bodhya Learn का डेटा कैसे हटाएँ
यह पन्ना बताता है कि Bodhya Learn एंड्रॉयड ऐप (पैकेज net.bodhya.learn) में रखा डेटा कैसे हटाएँ।
हमसे कुछ माँगने की ज़रूरत नहीं। ऐप में कोई खाता नहीं है और यह आपके बारे में हमें कोई जानकारी नहीं भेजता, इसलिए हमारे पास हटाने को कुछ नहीं है। ऐप जो कुछ रखता है, वह आपके फ़ोन में है, और आप उसे ख़ुद मिटा सकते हैं।
अगर आपने ऐप के किसी पुराने संस्करण में, या ब्राउज़र वाले संस्करण (learn.bodhya.net/play) में खाता इस्तेमाल किया था, तो [email protected] पर ईमेल करें, हम आपका डेटा हटा देंगे।
1. फ़ोन से प्रगति मिटाएँ
ऐप में ☰ → मेरी प्रगति → नए सिरे से शुरू करो दबाएँ और पक्का करें। इससे फ़ोन पर सारे सितारे, जेम्स, पूरे किए पाठ और टेस्ट तुरंत मिट जाते हैं। इसके लिए न इंटरनेट चाहिए, न हमारी मदद।
आप फ़ोन की सेटिंग्स में ऐप का स्टोरेज भी साफ़ कर सकते हैं (Settings → Apps → Bodhya Learn → Storage → Clear data), या ऐप हटा (अनइंस्टॉल कर) सकते हैं।
2. एंड्रॉयड बैकअप की कॉपी हटाएँ
एंड्रॉयड फ़ोन, फ़ोन में जुड़े Google खाते में ऐप का डेटा बैकअप कर सकता है। अगर बैकअप चालू है, तो ऐप की प्रगति की एक कॉपी वहाँ रह सकती है और ऐप दोबारा इंस्टॉल करने पर वापस आ सकती है।
यह बैकअप आपके अपने Google खाते का है और उसी के नियंत्रण में है, हमारे नहीं। हम इसे न देख सकते हैं, न आपके लिए मिटा सकते हैं। इसे हटाने के लिए:
- ऐप हटाने से पहले ऐप में नए सिरे से शुरू करो दबाएँ, ताकि अगले बैकअप में ख़ाली प्रगति जाए; या
- अपने Google खाते से बैकअप मिटा दें (Google Drive ऐप में, Backups के अंदर); या
- फ़ोन की सेटिंग्स में बैकअप बंद कर दें।
